White slips of paper labeled with words used in both Swedish and German are tacked onto a bus stop in Saxnäs. Bus stops in Lapland are often used as a kind of information kiosk - news about an upcoming country party in the next village, candidates for the next election, etc.
People in passing cars immediately noticed the slips of paper. Some stopped to take a look. Over time, some of the papers were removed.
